Caring For Your Feet in December
The last month of the calendar year is no easy month on your feet. Here’s a look at some of the more common hazards during December.
Snow and Ice – Check out these tips for avoiding slips and trips on the slippery conditions, and if you end up in a cast, read up on these five tips for safely getting around on crutches in the winter.
Holiday Shopping – If you’re one of those people who like to shop in store, there’s a chance that you’re going to spend a lot of time on your feet traversing throughout the mall. The Holidays – The holidays can also be a troubling time for your feet and your whole body in general. For starters, did you know that your Christmas tree could actually make you sick? Also, in this blog we share three simple tips for protecting your feet during the holidays, and make sure that you get your child’s feet measured before picking out any shoes as presents, because problems can occur if your child wears the wrong size shoe.
