We hope to foster an engaged community that can have open and respectful conversations about healthcare and other health related content. It is not our place to stir up controversy, but at times it’s possible that we will publish blogs or webpages that involve sensitive content (all within the bounds of HIPAA regulations). We try to remain as respective as possible when publishing new content, and we ask that you do the same.
If you have questions or concerns about anything we’ve posted, we ask that you reach out privately through our social channels. We do our best to respond to all inquiries and would be happy to clear up any confusion. Unfounded attacks on a member of our team or someone else in the comments section will be reported through the proper channels, and we may manually remove the comments or petition the social platform to remove them. We do not condone attacks on anyone through our social media.
Share Your Concerns With Dr. Silverman
With that said, we absolutely want to hear from you if you have concerns about your care or if there’s anything we can do better to improve our level of care. Please do not interpret the above paragraphs as a way to control the message or to silence critical views. We can’t improve the patient experience if we do not know how we can best do that, so hearing from our patients, both when things went great and when they didn’t, helps us achieve that.
Again, we just ask that you consider how you go about reaching out with your concerns. The best ways to have your concerns heard and managed is by calling us directly at (952) 224-8500. Through our website and our social channels is another way, but if you want to ensure we hear about your concerns as quickly as possible, and that we can help rectify the problem in a timely manner, connecting with us on a phone call is best. We can also schedule a time that’s best for both parties to ensure both sides have enough time to hear the other out and make a plan of action.
On that note, we ask people to maintain decorum on all social media platforms and report any inappropriate behavior. Please refer to the links below for further information:
We have been unfairly harassed online, and we bet some of you have too. We don’t wish that on anybody, and we don’t want our platform to turn into a vessel used for bullying or hate. If you see any messages or comments that are in contrary to this vision, please reach out and let us know.
We want to be your foot and ankle physician in the greater Twin Cities area, and we hope that our website is a thorough source of insight for anyone looking for more information about their condition. Hate has no home here, and we ask that you work with us to uphold these community standards.
