Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday. Below are our phone tree options for when we are open and when our after hours line is in place.
Business Hours Phone Tree
- For a life threatening emergency, please hang up and dial 911.
- If you’re calling from a physician’s office, press 1.
- For the fax number or clinic addresses, press 2.
- To speak with the medical secretary regarding appointments or medical records, press 3.
- To speak with the care coordinator regarding surgery, prescriptions, billing or prior authorizations, press 4.
- For all other matters, please hold the line and someone will be with you shortly.
After Hours Phone Tree

It is our policy not to refill or prescribe medications after 4:30 on the weekdays or weekend.
