In order to ensure that we are doing everything in our power to satisfy our patients every time they walk/limp/hobble through the door, we ask them to rate many aspects of their visit in a patient exit-survey.
The exit-survey is mailed out by our parent healthcare network, Fairview Health Services, and it touches on a wide range of subjects. Patients are asked to rate:
- The knowledge and timeliness of Dr. Silverman and his staff
- The attentiveness of thoroughness of Dr. Silverman and his staff
- A patient’s likelihood to recommend Silverman Ankle & Foot to a friend
- On a 1-10 scale, with 10 being the best, how a patient would rate Silverman Ankle & Foot
Dr. Silverman received superb marks in all of the above questions, but he was extremely grateful for some of the comments his patients left in the optional space at the end of the survey. Although we’ll add the comments to our main site under patient testimonials, Dr. Silverman wanted to share some of his favorite comments on the blog. It is wonderful to see such heartfelt comments from my patients. I ask a lot of my patients because I know they do the same of me. It is very rewarding to help someone regain their livelihood, and I’m glad so many of my patients are experiencing positive results.
