If you’re a frequent follower of our blog, you already know that health, wellness and diets are regular topics of discussion, and the conference will have more than a few experts who specialize in all three topics.
The keynote speaker will be Dr. Robert Lustig, author of the fascinating piece, “Fat Chance: Beating the Odds Against Sugar, Processed Food, Obesity and Disease.” Additionally, his lecture Sugar, The Bitter Truth has more than 4.5 million views on Youtube. You can check it out below.
The event will take place from 1-5pm on Sunday, June 29, at the Sabes JCC in Minneapolis. Aside from Dr. Lustig’s appearance, the conference will also feature nine different “Breakout Session” opportunities led by certified specialists. A few of the breakout session opportunities include:
