Every year the Fairview Physician Associates organization conducts a survey of patients that have visited providers in their network. This survey is known as the FPA Patient Experience Survey, and it really paints a clear picture of how well physicians are caring for the needs of our patients. The 2016 survey results were just sent out to providers, and we’re happy to say that Silverman Ankle & Foot scored great marks in every category!

Again, more than 95 percent of people were satisfied with our response time, as they replied that we usually or always got them answers on the same day they contacted us.

Our front end team is the backbone of our clinic, and many patients find them helpful, as 97.5 percent of people thought they were always or usually helpful.
5. How often did clerks and receptionists at this provider’s office treat you with courtesy and respect?
We got perfect scores here, as 100 percent of the time our patients were always or usually treated with courtesy and respect!
6. How often did Dr. Silverman explain things in a way that was easy to understand?
Health conditions and the prospect of foot surgery can be unnerving, which is one reason why we want to explain things in terms that are easy to understand to help put your mind at ease. In this category, Dr. Silverman was able to always or usually explain things clearly over 97.5 percent of the time.
7. How often did Dr. Silverman listen carefully to you? How often did this provider spend enough time with you?
97.62 percent of people said Dr. Silverman always or usually listened to them, and 97.62 percent said the same about the time he spent with them.

Similar to the above question, 97.62 percent of people said Dr. Silverman always or usually knew their relevant medical history information.

Like our front end staff, 100 percent of respondents said Dr. Silverman always or usually had respect for what they had to say.
10. Overall experience.
More than 90 percent of respondents gave Dr. Silverman wither a 9 or a 10 on a 10-point scale for overall experience, and no patient gave their overall experience anything less than a 6.
11. Would you recommend Dr. Silverman to a friend or family?
Word of mouth is often the best endorsement we can receive, and nearly 98 percent of people said they would definitely recommend Dr. Silverman to a friend or family member.
